Suggestions for a RIB

Hoping for some advice.

Looking for a RIB, probably upto about 5m as need to keep the weight on the trailer to under 750kg.

Hoping for some suggestions of brands etc.. Would prefer Hypalon. What brands represent good value for money and reliable products?

Use will be in the solent, mainly pleasure/fishing. Odd day trip to the isle of wight etc...

Was liking the Avon Adventures but been reading about cracking hulls and not deep V hulls which is putting me off slightly.

Budget probably upto about £7k.

At the cheaper end of the market are Humber Ribs. The Destroyer and Ocean Pro ranges in that size are good handling boats so I believe (can only comment on the 5.8, which is good in the rough). They aren't as nicely finished as the ribcraft or XS equivalents but are solid and reliable and mostly have hypalon tubes.

I also would consider Ribcraft (as mentioned and have a fantastic reputation) XS, tornado, kraken (new company but have history with tornado) plus loads of others. I'd be more concerned about the condition of the one I was looking at rather than the make to an extent. What you wan't to do with it will have a bearing on your decision also.
