Currently looking at a run to Lyme ideally, maybe Salcombe leaving Brixham c.1030, weather permitting

If Heading East - RV around Meadfoot 1045, Exmouth 1115

If West Berry Head 1040, Dartmouth 1100 ish.

VHF CH08

Always up for company. let me know.

just as a heads up, I took a run to Salcombe yesterday and there wasn't a lot of room there by midday. The harbour master sounded like he was having a busy time of it trying to find room for everybody. Would imagine the weekend will be even busier.

RIBase
150 nm miles complete, Torquay based for the Cowes to Torquay race.

Torquay to Dartmouth - and what a lunch at the crab shack, Dittisham. Price gone up but food still great.

Torquay to Lyme Regis for massive ice creams and fish & chips for those that didn't have the buffet breakfast.

Torquay for the race and then Dartmouth for fish and chips lunch.

At 85l of fuel think that's pretty good, and the good news is only 1 boat had issues during the race, the radio call of - we're sinking woke the brain matter up, but they sorted it (switched off the engine with the blown exhaust) and limped into harbour at 6 knots, rather then the 92 they were doing before it went bang!!

And who knew that dolphins bark like a seal when they are jumping towards your boat, alongside your boat, and directly at your boat!!
