Funny how the "entertaining" threads run to multiple pages where the information pages struggle to 1 or 1.5 pages
Its all about keeping people interested

I’ll take a large in grey please, any chance of you signing it on the back? Preferably in marker pen rather than wax crayon.

NB I am not having a go at either PD or Wilk here; I have received invaluable advice and guidance from both gentlemen in past.

It has to be said I have also been on the receiving end of some good natured knobbling from both. [emoji846]

Fwiw, I had to use the auxiliary for the first time in anger last year, because of a failed air injector on a properly serviced motor-in the middle of the main channel off Fawley pier. It got me back home at 6 knots.
Sometimes things happen that you can't control.
Have one. Use it. There's nothing worse than the feeling of being adrift where bloody great ships that can't manoeuvre are likely to arrive.

Those 5 quid pad eyes are actually very good btw, had 2 on the Ballistic for 5 years and no issues.
