Syphon Pump - Aldi

So do we think this will be safe to syphon petrol out of my tank?

I cant see anywhere saying its safe for petrol, and nothing saying its not, but the photos show some green cans..

I wouldn't. I used to own one of these (not from Aldi but looked identical) don't waste your money. I doubt the plastics will survive long with petrol and although voltage might be low enough to be low spark risk I wouldn't want it near my tank.

Yes save your money and buy a 3/4 inch jiggle tube. I use one all the time at mooring and at sea

Not so sure I would want 'electrics' with all that petrol vapour around, just doesn't feel right.

Thats my thought, but the photo is saying otherwise...
