I've just come back from a 6500km round trip with my rib up to Queensland, they are a different breed up that way!! Maybe it's the heat and bundy rum

Why do we think it's a mistake? If it is, it would take a really Special individual to make it.

I reckon he's moving the trailer somewhere nearby - maybe across a river or to an island?

I'm with you no one that could afford a boat would do that without a reason. Which isn't to say that someone wouldn't. ever watch worlds dumbest criminals 😄

i don't remember who told me this but there was someone in largs marina who launched their binliner, 28ft or so and it went to complain to merc dealer it wouldn't plane. dealer went to see boat and noticed ratchet straps and clocked the trailer still under it.

i don't know if this is true but i have seen some idiots launch boats so it wouldn't surprise me. loch lomond on a busy weekend is something to behold!
