Just re-engined my boat with a 150 E-Tec HO - ran it at Cowes last weekend for the first time. Did a fair bit of marshalling and the Cowes Challenge event.

Really impressed with the engine and suits the boat. Over proped at the moment but best we saw was 52 knots - more to come!

Nice pics. 52 knots with "wrong" prop with a 150 e-tec sounds very nice.

Too much pitch - so we could not pull the full rpm.

The engine came with a 20" pitch Raker prop, which was not going to be enough pitch. I also had a 26" Raker which is the one I'm using - but ideally need a 24" prop, possibly 23" to get full rpm / speed.

With a falcon 700 and the 150 HO the racers use a 24" RAKER.

Thanks for that Olivier - I will get Jets Marivent to exchange my (unused) 20" for a 24"!
