Thanyou for help

I would like to say to rib owners that recently I ran into some serious trouble when a council tree weighing over three tons decided to fall on my pac 22. I was amazed that the boat held the tree until the council were able to remove it. The back end was pushed under water and flooded the engine.
When I was able to dry the boat out the engine fired 1st touch. I have had a brilliant contact through Chris Horridge at Henshaw inflatables who has guided me thro this. I want to publicly thank Chris and his team and say that I have no reservations in recommending him to all members and anyone else who has float problems.
Unfortunately the tree punctured my floats beyond repair and chris has been a real friend in my hour of need.
I have read recently that others have questions about floats on ribs, give chris a contact he would be more than happy to give advice.
When I get a moment I will post some pictures but I have to wait a bit til the insurance stuff is finalised.
My greeting to all
Bob

Bob - great news all is in hand & that Chris & the team & Henshaw worked thier usual magic in sorting things.

Boat on the river at Christchurch ? I did see it when I passed on the water and there is a pic I took on here already somewhere...

Edit - these ones ? ( whipped them off again in light of your insurance comment )

If you have any insurance problems let me know - its what I do

Have a search for pics ( if you haven't already got enough) ...around the time of the storm that caused it
