The most amasing shop in the world (or Norfolk at least!)
I would just like to advertise my praise for a small marine shop (Brian Ward Marine) in Brundall (Norfolk). Whilst I expect I am the only person on here that uses it, I think they deserve some praise, so here goes!
This shop has been a lifesaver for me. Whilst recently re-wiring my boat they were always there to give me some friendly advice, and always had the bits I needed, at a very favourable price. The guy that runs the shop always goes out of his way to help, and when something goes wrong, he’s always happy to help sort it out for me.
Take today for example; I went and bought a replacement gas canister and salt thingy for one of my lifejackets. When I got it home I realised I had bought the wrong one. I took it back to the shop and explained the problem. The guy apologised implicitly insisting it was his fault, and instantly gave me a refund. I was also after some wire connecting bullets, which he gave to me for free as an apology for the inconvenience I had suffered!
This really is a wonderful little shop. If only more could be like this!
