A red & black Honda Foreman quad bike has been stolen from Filey RNLI station
This is the machine they use to launch the inshore lifeboat, the same one that was used to help the people caught in the floods last week.
We're very sad to report that thieves have broken into Filey RNLI lifeboat station & stolen a quad bike used to launch our inshore lifeboat. The break-in was discovered early this morning & is thought to have taken place between five o'clock last night & 3.45 this morning. The red & black Honda Foreman quad bike is worth £8,000. North Yorkshire Police are appealing to anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area at the time of the incident to please get in touch:
