this weekend cruise in the Solent

Does anyone have a preferable day.... sunday is probably better for tides if a start of about 10:30am used.
And where would anyone intersted like to meet? Warsash slipway is quite well located and affords quick access to the Solent with the possiblity of using Southampton water if it is a little rougher.
I went out yesterday and there was a fair chop.
Can everyone (anyone) make sunday?
Alex

Best launch point in the solent

in my humble opinion is Calshot Activities Centre. Wide slip, lots of room, easy parking. toilets, shop & bar and no big crowds of onlookers for when you cock it all up. (Unlike the Hamble slip for example!) Its also direct access to the Solent and Southampton water.

I'd love to join you but can't make it. Have fun and I hope the weather improves!

Cheers,
Alan
