I use marine weather as it also has tide prediction stations on it. To be honest I normally review the night before on easy tide and write it down on paper so I don't need to get my phone out on the water

Not quite an app but I bookmark and shortcut to the relevant BBC Weather page. No adverts either.

I have "tide prediction" app on my phone. It only has primary ports, not secondary ones, but the app is free. It seems to not give exactly the same times and heights as Reeds Almanac but it's close enough for general use. I also have Navionics UK app and that includes secondary ports as well, plus tidal streams. That costs around £40 from memory.

Tide prediction does not need an internet connection to work so can be handy if you happen to be in a poor reception area.

I use Tide Prediction.
Its free and does not need an internet connection.
I had one before that needed an internet connection and when you needed it, I could never get a connection.

I use UK tides. Have it displayed as a widget so seeing tide info for the day is an easy glance. Tap widget for more info, including 7 days of prediction. Has proved accurate and I have found it's the best out of several I've used so far.

I downloaded 'tidesplanner' when I fist got an iphone because it was free...
But if you want to look at a future date then you have to pay for it to be unlocked.
It's the only one I've tired but worth it for me as I stay near the beach in the summer and the iphone is the only method of getting on line.
If it's still free you can download it and have a play and if you pay to unlock the currents then you'll have them too.
I also use XCweather as they have a rose tint on their weather predictions it's not an app as such but there is a way to make it a button on your phone, once you are looking at it turn your phone over to landscape to see the correct view.
Hope that helps dude

+1 for tidesplanner.
I agree it's not so good for forward planning (more than 24 hours) on the free version but I find it really useful for everyday use.
I am sure other apps have it but I really like the line you can place on the tidal curve. Tells me exactly when I can leave the harbour and what time I have to get back by without doing manual secondary port calculations!

I have UK Tides on my iPhone which is pretty accurate and has lots of tidal data for lots of ports/areas. I'd recommend that - if they do it on Android as per the OP.
