Progress

Cripes, that's amazing progress. I have gone for a double 2" A frame as well, although mine mounts to the front of the stern boxes and the rear, stern side of the transom. I think that you might beat me to the water.
Good luck.

A nice little project Don't underestimate the drilling, screwing, gluing, wiring and fixing required to finish her off. Worth it for the fantastic sense of achievement when it's launched and all works how it should.

With the engine rigged and steering fitted, mine took 3.5 days. 5 days straight should nail it.

Got a fair amount done today....

All the hinges and catches done
Steering, throttle and guages fitted
Steering cylinder done control cables and hydraulic hoses are in as well.

It's so much nice working on a new boat than an old one!

Almost there

Got loads done yesterday and today, Matt H cam over and earned several pints dragging cables through ducting etc.

Just a few jobs to finish I reckon one more full day should see it finished. Engine being PDI'd next week and off to Eurocraft on Friday for a week, then its testing time! In total 3 1/2 full days of my time and 1/2 a day of Matts time.

Looking good Chris - well done.

Good idea to get the rigging done while you're waiting for the toob makers to fit it in. May be worth having a quick word with Eurocraft, if you haven't already done so, about the A frame front leg being so close to the 'ear' of the transom box. They may have difficulty preparing the GRP and applying the toob tape with the A-frame in place.

She's back

Had a meeting up norf last Friday so picked up Time Bandit on my way home.

Looks a lot bigger with tubes one!

I have fitted all the upholstery and tomorrow will be the first dip in the water, probably at Bristol Marina as the slip there is really nice and I will be doing a bit of fiddling to get the trailer set up sorted.
