No electronics, VHF, GPS, etc. Tubes from pictures look sun bleached, if he is a friend's dad he should be able to tell you engine hours, service history etc.

sorry, wasn't clear - the guy selling it is doing so on behalf of his mate's dad...
Somebody is looking at it this evening. I'm not overly convinced although re-tubing and fitting it out is fine, I know what outboards can be like so at the least I want to know hours and history.
