Toga, The Missing Penguin
Sky News are reporting that Toga, the baby penguin nicked from Sandown Zoo, has been dumped near the Naval docks in Portsmouth Harbour by some horribe d**khead.

Right, Rib.net users, our time has come! We need to find the little chap. And quick. He is 18" high and brown & white.

Can any Portsmouth based folk keep an eye out for Toga. Even better, launch the ribs!
