Too cheap ???

A mate has seen a pulsar 7.1m rib two years old with 140hp four stroke on the back. Price £8,800 ... is this too cheap ??

If so, then that engine is quite old so maybe the price is ok, if even a bit expensive?? Don't know much about Pulsar Ribs though. Obviously the usual applys, approach with care and check everything out, including getting a test drive in the conditions your mate will be using the rib in.

Advert mentions a yamaha but the engine in the photo is an older suzuki 140hp 2 stroke.

Still seems a good price though - just because the engine is a bit long in the tooth doesn't mean it has had much use. It won't be as cheap to run as a more modern engine but the difference in price reflects this. I bet with a modern 4 stroke on the back it would have been almost double the price!!!
