TSM: TP marine went bust a couple of months ago - they were based at place called 'Wieringerwerf' near Medemblik at the IJsselmeer already for a number of years and before that they were based (think) in the same town Datema was based (IJmuiden).
Datema in IJmuiden changed a couple of years ago to north sea rescue and workboats and they also went bust earlier this year but alledgedly are doing some kind of restart after bankrupcy (not sure under which name though). pity, both were building nice boats!
If either TP or Northsea rescue is doing such a restart involving the name Datema i am not sure of however i will investigate that!
