Bruce.
I don't think the Navy has more than half a dozen available. Lets hope that they are not borrowing any from the USA.

Brians list http://www.rib.net/forum/showthread.php?t=6312 could be worth carrying on board.

Note to JK and Brian. I see HMS Victory is not on the list. I believe she is still in commission.

Louise,

I entered the BIBOA draw for vessels to take part in the review itself and was lucky enough to be one of the two boats drawn out.

So I now spend the day in Gold box awaiting Her Majesty's Pleasure

Seeing the news this morning from the National Audit Office, saying how stretched our armed forces are, they will be painting her grey and giving her a side number any day now.

I don't think Brian has seen the light so to speak. He's from Hertfordshire way and Kermit is a 6.5m Ribcraft (or at least last time I saw him it was!). Nice guy.

Do you all get flashing blue lights or is that confined just to the 'Ubermarshalls'?

As I understand it only the elite few (the nice chaps of the QHM Harbour Patrol ) will be running with blue lights

If I am "flashing" you will need to keep a respectful distance - it's not a pretty sight.
