Transom Steps

Having recently purchased a Coastline 7m S, which has a narrow beam of 2.25m, I am investigating the best ladder for both getting back on in an emergency and water sports etc.

I've ordered an extra narrow transom ladder, but it is only 63cm long, and looks like it could get rattled to death fairly quickly - any feedback much appreciated.

In the past I've used the MOB webbing ladders but some find them difficult to use.

I thought maybe transom steps like those in the attached pix might work, but have not been able to source any.

As ever, any suggestions much appreciated.

I've used these in the past.
They are cheap, sturdy, and available at Boat jumbles most of the time.

I can't find an ebay UK source at the moment, but believe they sell them at the Port Solent Marine superstore

I ended up Cutting and welding a normal ladder for my Ocean to make it narrower.
It's survived years of abuse.
