Treadmaster is "da-best", we put this on our transatlantic sailboat. Very good stuff. The only thing is that it adds "thickness" since it is glued in place. The price is quite high as well.
If you want an OEM anti-skid look, you can try to roll some very thick gelcoat with a long hair roll, it will make a random pattern that is very aggresive. You might not want to do this if you intend to walk on it with naked feet.
I don't know if this product is available in your country, but we sell a product called Kiwi-Grip. It is the same concept of the Gelcoat, but everything is pre-mixed and if use with their specific roll, it makes a great job. Many of our customers are happy with it.
