Appledore is a good bet....and a short Hop..but if you fancy a longer run...say 60nm each way Watchet is my Fav,although the Harbour has a timed Lock Gates which you will have to work around.
Both Harbourmasters are helpful and can give up to date info on Parking of vehicles/trailers ect.If you ring the Island someone may be able to sort a small tender for you(not guaranteed)...
Otherwise be prepared to swim from a mooring.
