tube go fast stripes

Wanna remove some blue go fast stripes from the tubes and replace with black. Problem is they grow from above the rubbing strake (so start under it). Will it be possible to remove bits of the strake and refit once the new colour sceme is done. If not if anyone can quote me to remove 4m stripe that would be great

Ususally the stripe will only go down a certain way beneath the strake, it is possible to pull the strake up with a heatgun to gain access to the bottom of the patch and remove/replace it, when you put the new one on make sure that the part sitting underneath the rubbing strake is sanded.
