Tube marks any one know what they are

any one know what the small white lines are, rib is for sale and only have these photos to go on. Its it a seem?

Looks like fabric strings. They burn off easily with a micro torch, or can be cut off. More typical to see fabric strings from areas exposed to water pressure.

Fabric strings are not of concern. Go look at the boat and see for yourself.
