Tube protection

Could any body recomend some form of polish, coating to protect the tubes from sun light?...and seagull shit.
While i am on, does any one use wave pump bilge pumps? i have looked on the web and they seem quite good. Could they work on a Rib?.
Cheers

We have used the stuff in Martin's link before but this year have moved to Marine A-glaze (due to a good deal at the boatshow).

Both are good, would seem that the A-glaze stuff is a little more practical because it is spray on.
