Tube Repairs

can anyone recomend a place to get some tube repairs done. I'm enquiring for a friend who doesn't use the Internet.
The boat is a 4.8 m RIBCRAFT. The tubes are coming away from the hull at the front about 4 foot one side and 2 foot the other side.
Ideally he would like someone who can do the minimal repair but I have pointed out to him it might be better to have the whole tubes off and have them refitted. Having thought about that though it might be unecessary.
Can anyone recomend anyone or is there a trade member on here that would like the work.
A basic cost would be good to pass on to him.
He lives in the Brighton area but does travel to Prtsmouth a lot and could travel further.

Regards Nick R.

Nick,

This might be a daft coment, and they may be too far away, but has he tried Ribcraft themselves.

If it's not that old, they might fix for free, as they probably should not be coming away in the first place!

I could make a visit to Brighton to carry out the repairs, I have a job in Shoreham which I need to finish off in the next fortnight. Price is a bit tricky to quote on with out seeing what has happened to the boat but I do not envisage it being a long or dificult jon from what you have said. Drop me a PM if interested.

Cheers

Stephen

Neil,

Its a fair comment but its an old boat with no known history. Its been used as a School boat and then left abandoned.
