Tube Repairs - Scotland

Just made a rookie (New RIB owner) mistake and over inflated by front tube and left it to cook in the summer sun. Result is front tube on my 4.5m RIB has lifted a seam and now leeks.
Local repairers near Edinburgh can't do anything for at least two months.
Can I have recommendations for a repairer within Scotland or Northern England who could maybe do it sooner but also make a good job of it.
Many thanks
Jim

I’m guessing the local repairer “near Edinburgh” is Ferry Marine in Livingston?

Is it hypalon, Pu or PVC? Is it new or just new to you?

There’s a cluster of experts in the NW of England - SIT, EuroCraft etc. On NE side there are a couple of rib builders around Hull - who might help.

Thank you
Yes, tried FM but hey are very busy.

Material is Hypalon. Second hand and unsure of age or manufacturer. Nice badge on the front of the RIB with what looks like an eagles head but so far I have been unable to identify manufacturer.

Do the wings arc round to form an O? If so you are close but that would be an Osprey rather than an eagle. Otherwise post a pic of both the logo and the hull and someone here will probably know.

The problem with an older rib is they can be a bit of a pita to repair - so busy places will probably prefer to wait until quieter times. If you’ve got an old boat it’s a skill worth learning and there are instruction on this site of how to prep it etc.

It's a Maxxon. Are you 100% sure it's hypalon?

Another for Craig at Rib Marine Services. I pick my mine back up on Friday after a puncture behind the rubbing stake.
