Hi all
I have been given a Zodiac Zoom with a aluminium floor but does anyone know from what material this rib is made from please

It’s made of Strongan pvc with glued joints.

Should have added Strongam is Zodiac’s name for 1100 Decitex pvc.

That will depend on the year. Early Zoom models were made with Zodiac exclusive Strongan PVC with welded seams and glued on floors. Newer zoom models are Chinese built with a doffferent Pvc.

Pre-2009 zooms are Strongan.
2010+ zooms are Mehler Valmex

Both are PVC. Strongan is a special blend of PVC, with a better woven polyester core and a higher quality coating.
