Are most ribs including imported already UKCA marked as from 01/01/22 they are going to need it.

I bought a bare hull and deck moulding and built all the structures, bulkheads, floors, everything in it. (It's a hardboat, not a rib)

Most Boat at the Southampton show are not UKCA compliant but have a notice saying they will be so the regs must be retrospective.
