Coppercoat is an epoxy resin and would do your tubes no good at all, details of Gummiepaint can be found here: http://www.boatpaint.co.uk/acatalog/Act_Gummipaint1.htm Use the Gummiepaint AF (anti fouling) think it only comes in black in this country.
