Underfloor wiring.

My Ribcraft has an underfloor wiring system. However I don't think its sealed 100%. Any one worked out how to get water out of this void and dry it ?

Nick

I drained mine by pushing a small bore plastic pipe down the hole, then leading it out through the elephants trunk to down near ground level when on its trailer. Then suck to start a siphon and watch it pour out.

I left the witches hats off for a few days last summer to dry it out a bit

I've now added big Jubilee clips around the bottom of the witches hat as well as the screw down ring. Plus I've arranged the cables more neatly out the top ot the witches hat and put a cable tie around it.

Good ideas. Something to do soon once the warm (Global warming, massive personal gas guzzling carbon footprint effect) weather comes back.

Damn this global warming is cold. Time to cut another tree down to burn in the log stove. Saves on Fossil fuels anyway.
