Looks similiar to the one from Norway, maybe its not the same manufacturer of frames in the UK as on the boats that are being sold over here or in Belgium.
My guess is that the norweigan boat has been bought in the UK as a bare hull with tubes, frame and tanks, rest has been fitted in Norway.
