Vtronix - shame on you

Whip on my RR deceided to part company recently, phoned Vtronix, no one available to help with replacement, no one bothered to return my calls. TX with the whip was terrible any way, radio check from lulworth "weak".

Deceided to go with a Metz from Salty John, thank you John for your superb service, hopefuly will be better than the RR.

My Rib Raider Aerial fell off a couple of years ago. I replaced it with a Glomex whip which gives far, far better reception (and is also hinged, so folds down nicely for storage).

I am certain you will find the Metz 100% improvement.

Just to add a bit of balance, bearing in mind the rather emotive title.....

I made an enquiry to Vtronix about 2 years ago in relation to the aerial on my rib. Basically, the removable antenna had been 'removed' by someone not authorised to remove it!! I had question realting to a replacement antenna.

All my correspondance was by email. They got back to me the same day, escalated my query to their production team which led to a very useful, informative and prompt discussion which resulted in finding out the information I needed.

Emails are the way ahead, IMHO.
