Warsash Launching.

It was mentioned on this forum that Warsash now has a pontoon to tie up to whilst launching.
Does anyone have any information on this or a even better a picture.

Also has anyone worked out at what state of tide (ie, how far either side of high tide) can you use the slip without having to put your car through loads of very shallow water before you can get the boat on and off.

Pop wheres Cougar. I just need a pontoon whilst I'm parking the car up. and also somewhere reasonably safe to leave the car.

Warsash is cheap to launch and has a good car park. It also seems like a nice place. ie you don't see many scrotes around. Its just a tad difficult to launch and retrieve at high tide with out getting your car wet and its a fair walk from the car park to the slip.

Good point is that the Harbour Masters office looks over the slip so should keep idiots away from the boat whilst sorting out the car.

Its also near to Calshot so its quick to get out to sea.
