water between tub and hull

I would like to know if this is a normal thing. every rib that I hade I always noticed that water continues to drop from the rear between hull and tubes some times even after I trailer it I notice that water drops. does water can do any damage to the hull or tubes? as it will be there for a long time as it will not dry completely for sure

Mine collects so much water (rain, spray?) I installed a bilge pump.
The tubes are glued to the hull and inner shell, except along part of the floor on both sides over a length of approx. 70 cm. Water dripping from the tubes disappears in the gap and finds its way to the rear storage compartment.

I do understand there must be an opening to avoid pressure buildup between the hull and the tubes, but they could have done that somewhere else.

no water dose not go in to any compartments it drops from the upper part of the transom and It could be water that sits in the packing between the hull and tubes after i wash the rib after each use and I notice the drops every next time that I trailer it to the beach
