Water coming in under tubes

seem to have a fair bit of water coming in ,just about leval with driver,s foot on port side,(thank heavan for dry suit)this does not seem a major problem pump deals withit ok but would like to sort it out,do i have reseal tube to hull or just stick tape down the side (pvc tubes) any advice welcome
