Waterski boom

Has anyone here fitted a waterski boom to a rib?

any ideas how to fit it?

does the position of it (longitudinal) make a huge difference to steerage?

my niece arrives in 2 weeks!!!

I'd be worried about getting drawn in the hull on to the prop so putting it quite a way back down the hull to the stern is a good idea. I'm not to sure on this. Its more a common sense observation than anything else. I may be completely wrong!!

AS far as steering goes it willl effect the steering initially then once the skier get up it should be OK.

If you can't get anything sorted we could always sit in the water with her until the starts are sorted
