The weather outside my window is currently(19.45 local);
Wind, SW1/2; sea, slight; weather, high overcast - dry:
The weather outside my window at 13.50 was;
Wind, SW5/6; sea, rough (wave height up to 2m, wave length up to 3m- and I know thats not officially "rough, but try going out in it - weather; continuous heay rain.
The other difference? - the RHIBs in the BIBOA race out of Kip flying past, and I do mean flying.
Anyone in it ? anyone with fillings left ?

Very calm here too now, although I know the RNLI's been out today.

We must be - mind you it is called "Fantasy Island" on another radio frequency, think I meant "25", not "45" - or guessed my typing speed wrong

The rest of the figures are correct tho'.
We've (CG) been out twice today - presume your weather pattern has been similar ?

Yeah

The Round The Island Race was cancelled, so I've been shouting at the kids all day!

Doesn't look too good for tomorrow either - 'strong wind warning in operation'.

Bound to be beautiful on Tuesday....when I'm back sailing a desk!
