Join the Club!! She'll go well with the Tornado. Optimax 90 will really suit the boat well too.

What colours? Seating??

Keep us posted.

Limeydal, I look forward to some Piccy's hope the fit out goes well. Lok forward to your report and piccy's

SWGINN, thanks for the welcome to the club Fit out is single jockey consule with integral fuel tank. behind this is a removable 6 Cylinder Rack. The idea is to remove the Rack and bolt in its place another jockey consule made of Stainless with upolsterd seat and back rest. "A" frame, Light,s GPS etc we'll fit after delivery. Still unsure about "A" frame and sourcing it but plenty of time to sort it out. Colour is being debated either Blue Tubes/White Glass or Blue Tubes/Grey Glass.

Were still grinning over it

Regards

Brian

If it helps at all on your colour debate. Mine has got grey glass but it isn't as dark a shade of grey as you see on most RIBS. It can be easily mistaken for white on bright days.

See pics here: http://www.rib.net/forum/showpost.ph...36&postcount=1 & http://www.rib.net/forum/showpost.ph...37&postcount=2

Sounds like a good fit out, will be interested to see the bottle rack/jockey seat combo. Also the A-frame Barnet Marine fit is a very high quality frame and is bolted right through the hull, just like Ribcraft A-frames making it very strong.

SWGINN,
Thanks for that, the Pictures are great and I see what you mean about the colour, mmmmm Yes impressed with the Barnet frame, just looking around at the Mo more than likley go for theirs but plenty of time to think. Yours in action looks

Woops. Seems like I've done the same (XS 5.5, 90 Optimax). First family RIB so gone for the single jockey seat and two double length jockies behind. Still thinking about colour and electronics - probably doing a little diving off of it so sounder essential! I've got to wait until March (again my date not Barnett's) Found Laurence very helpful.
