Think you need to have a chat with Jon Fuller, Levithong has a pair of them.

Well no it wasn't actually, i asked how much the P23 was, the one they only made a handful of, not the P22 like you have!

Ok, hadn't realised they had tried a P23, there is a stretched P24 version. Halmatic had all sorts of development stuff in there yard last time I visited unfortunately I was banned from taking photos less I give any secrets away.

Pac22
On boats and outboards someone is selling a pac22 recond.
Any pac owners know this firm doing them, and what they come out like?

May be Neville from the forums - he does a lot of P22 recon work - try sending him a PM to find out if your interested. They seem awfully cheap for a complete recon boat though!!
Dont think a P23 was ever made, only a P24 and then bigger again (unless you can prove me wrong that is!!)

There was a company called DMG or DHG, something like that, refitting P22's a few years ago. Was owned by a guy called James Walrock somewhere in the Southampton / Lymington area. Maybe he's doing some more if it's not Neville?
He did that rather brightly coloured (Blue and Yellow) P28 converted to outboards with a lot of single jockey seats that was for sale a while ago.

Paul F. There are 2 boats on b&o at the moment, we are selling the one for 11.5k. New tubes, factory recon drive, new deck etc. And seb is correct, it is alot of boat & work for the price, but we do know where to pick the hardware up from at the right price. I dont like using this forum for commercial gain though so I wont push our stuff here.
James Walrock also knows the boats very well and he used to refit & hire them, although he must be more intelligent than me because he doesnt do it any more!

Halmatic P23 Boats
There have been one or two made over the years. The only difference I think was that the P23 had full wrap around tubes at the stern.

I stand corrected!!
Theres what is described as a P22 advertised in RIB Int at the moment with wrap round tubes at the stern although i guess now that this is actually a P23??
Same basic boat at the end of the day then.

Neville, fancy giving me any tips as to where i can get cheap bits to put mine back together? Will try and take those tube pics tomorrow...
Also, now the decks off my boat i want to put it back together and use it so im debating whether or not to bother changing the fuel tank for the sake of time and money. Has anybody had any problems with the standard tanks? I read the other day that stainless tanks often become brittle and fracture. Any views on that?
Cheers

If you have the chance, change the tank, i have had a few prob's, have run out of fuel a few times now, cos there is no blo**y fuel gauge, it's worth changing the tank for that reason alone.

Seb, deffinately do it now whilst the deck is up. 20 Gallons will just get you across the channel but a 170 Litre tank will enable you to do it safely and it would be a shame to fit new decks and then have to lift them later to do it.
