what is the lifespan of hypolan tubes

just curious is there a lifespan or is it just how u care for them,do ribs have an age limit

All in all quite a long time, we have never had to retube one of our boats due to the fabric failing, the very first Rib we built many moons ago still has its original tubes.

The longevity of your tubes will be greatly enganced by regular rinsing off of Slat water and having a cover for the boat

Slat water is terrible stuff It messes up your tubes firs your engine and makes you like the gArfish if you drink it. Oh I do so wish I had more nimle fingers.

But when I think of you I've got one that seems to work OK

Worse still, I got some in my mouth once. Took nearly a months supply of 6X to get rid of the taste.
