What RIB Style is Superior

I really prefer a continuous curve bow but notice most commercial tubes are sectional. Is there a reason for this.

Probably because its eaiser to make sections and join them togther instead of a nice looking curve. Which would be a more difficult pattern to make and cut and leave more waste material.

I think.
