For a bespoke boat which would meet some of your requirements why not pay a visit to Fairweather's in Fareham?
We are leisure boaters & no vested interest but love our Solent 6.5. Lee (& team) personalised deck and seat design, console layout, throttle mount etc. to suit us both.
A lot depends on boat brand and specification.
Well done for testing lots of boats. You are most welcome to come and have a dekko at Merlin also before making your mind up as we are not far from you
