When is a vest not a vest but actually is a vest?

Popped into a Helly Hansen outlet store yesterday and they have one small rail of actually useful stuff amongst the over priced polos and fashion wear

A 50N rated gilet with iso 12402-5 cerfticatuon as a pfd looked quite smart if a little bulky all the rage on the Solent I guess?

Decathlon have been selling them for half the price for the last couple of years now.

Not seen them before it was in an outlet shop so price wasn’t SRP far from it, £35 which seemed ok. Not been to a decathlon for years none round here
