We walked into a local pub & the staff kept on speaking English, so definitely not Wales[emoji6]

Back on topic looks like a great run out ! can we have a small chart of the route pls

Enjoy the rest of the trip if your still there !

Been a great 10 days, we had 4 nights in Dunstaffnage marina & 4 nights in Ardfern. Don’t have a chart printout of the trip, but in no particular order we’ve been to Lismore/Appin/Loch Etive/Corryveckan/Grey Dogs/South side of Mull as far as David Balfour’s beach/Jura/Islay/Crinan. Done loads of fishing, eaten plenty of BBQ & home smoked mackerel (having freshly smoked mackerel & herring for tea as we speak). Done around 300miles in total & have a fuel bill to prove it🥴
So all in all not a bad trip. The weather is closing in tomorrow with gales forecast for tomorrow evening, so time to call it a day.

I have a much higher opinion of the Welsh now than previously...

I didn't realise they recognised Yorkish

P.S. You're a shade far south for Gaelic - Skye or Western Isles for that. They speak a gentle Irn Bru down that way.

:-p

Well played, a cracking stretch of land and sea. I'm not remotely jealous...

Love the Western Isles lilt. Everything stops for the Stornoway Coastguard Maritime safety broadcast. Much easier listening than the Belfast version [emoji6]

Nah I think we mostly have a sense of humour - or at least have tried to find a can of Irn Bru in Swansea!

possibly the Laphroig. Some say its antiseptic taste also repels the blighters. Others that it just affects your vision and feeling so you don't notice them.

I'm only a tiny bit jealous.....

Rib might need a massive repair, but at least I have a representative bottle from most of those locations to hand!

I do like that part of Scotland, the west has lots of nice scenery, unfortunately not been able to get up there this year.
Cheers Kevin

Very nice, I was tempted with it for my T6 4mo, went for a TGE 4x4 and lifted it with Siekel instead.

Nice[emoji106]I’d go for a TGE next, but the missus is resistant, she prefers the Transporter. The VB for the TGE is a fortune as the rear leaf springs have to be replaced iirc. It’s about twice the cost of the transporter version.

The space is game changing, no chance id go back. Downside is im 14m train length with the boat which is scary close to hgv length.

Yes but the single pants and hardly fit for purpose, when I lifted mine I went for a triple stack and its totally different drive.
I have heard that the VB air full kit for the Crafter / TGE is coming next year as it's just rear at the moment.
