Where to buy fibreglass and paint ?

I am wanting to build a new seat and steering wheel jokey for an old, worn out Avon rib.
Where is the best place to get some advice and purchase small bulk buys of fibreglass ?
Also want to paint the rib part of the boat, any links on the best waterproof paint to use ? (Black).
Finally, the tubes have been painted a red colour in the past, not complaining about that because it makes me easier to spot in open water, i'd however like to recoat the tubes, anybody recommend or give me a link to the correct, sea proof paint i'd be best buying ?

Thanks in advance for any help on this, if in the wrong sections then I apologise.

East coast fibre supplies in south shields or allscot in glasgow will both supply fibreglass resins and mats mail order. For paint for decks or inside the hull then flowcoat (fibreglass topcoat) is probably as good as anything,
For tube paint I'd look at polymarine they do a range of tube paints

Cfs too. East coast next day delivery is not worth the expense. It never actually arrives next day and they always have a valid justification. No good if you have one day off and need material.

Define waterproof paint. Do you mean for hull?
