Where to Fish Campbeltown
In mid April will be off to stay in Campbeltown for 3 weeks, and will be taking the rib.

Anyone know of any good fishing spots there or thereabouts, and what I can hope (???) to catch?

I will hope for makerel of course, and will be going for pollock near the rocks, but any other hints, marks or species would be useful.

Wont be too many mackerel in April.Although I got a few in December not too far from Campbeltown.

Ok. Was hoping end of April/early May might be some by then But if not any other suggestions?

Might be too early for mackerel. Best chance is pollack from the rocks and flatties from some of the beaches.
Local tackle shop will point you in the right direction.
