Which Sikaflex?

...product would be best for sealing the stainless attachment plates and through transom bolts of my A-frame? The plates and bolts are on the back of the transom and may be under the waterline at rest.

Sika 291 is the traditional choice.

You could also try CT! (new ish product) Don't know about continuos saltwater immersion though. /www.ctecuk.co.uk/contact.htm

I use 291 for all thru hull transducer installs, does what it says on the tin.
