Who's rib is this?

It is an 8-9m Scorpion, currently in Peel , IOM. It has an Evinrude 250 outboard, yellow tubes and is fairly old. It has a number of ribraid stickers on the windshield and...............I know it is no b****y good without a photo, but I didnt have my camera with me.
