Why after a day out or even a few hours once I get the rib on the trailer and...

Why after a day out or even a few hours once I get the rib on the trailer and take out the bung, does water always come out the bung hole? Sometimes a few litres !!

Have you checked first your bung does it still fit and secondly check all your seals on hatches etc and last have you any glands thru deck? Hope you find it.

Checked mine today, must have been a gallon or so!!
I think mine is getting in through a deck level hatch.....

If you have a jockey console the water gets under the seat and floods the inside the water can then go down through the witches hat where the cables come up through the deck. That is of course if you have under deck cabling.

I have same problem but found that drain socks were perished and were letting water in as they sit just on the water line when at rest
