Windguru has sites for Bournemouth (Branksome Chine, Boscombe Chine), Ventnor or East Wittering.

As it is primarily a surfer's resource there is little coverage inside the Solent.

www.BrambleMet.co.uk is the one I like for live reports from the middle of the Solent.
