yep just strapped it to the car, feel sorry for those boats on open moorings when it is rough and windy, would worry sick if the boat was there in the morning......having it on a trailer can be quite reassuring at times

Tis particularly windy up here on the 10th floor of Trafalgar hall in Pomey. Could barley get the kitchen door open ealrier there was such a draft from the open window....

yesterday I was checking on the boat from the slip at victory and saw you teaching on the pontoon . It was raining then so you and your students must have been soaked by the end of the day.

PHEW ! Very interesting weather , had a look out in the Solent and decided that too much West in The wind so a non starter. At home now feet up by the fire cup of tea, ahhh much better. Nice waves in the river though.

Just hope it doesn't get much worse - but the west coast gets some horrendous winds - 144mph once recorded at Mumbles coastguard station and that is sheltered compared to where I am!!!
My main concern is a massive oak tree with some branches actually touching my roof!!! Have kept meaning to lop them back but never seemed to get around to it!!!
